The purpose of this page is to test XHTML 1.0 & CSS 1.0 for navigation menus. Additional experiments for floating tiles with contents such as text, images, and flags will be undertaken. The goal is a smooth and unified visitor experience across multiple browsers and platforms.
Including the ability to do blog or forum style entries on some pages is desirable, to make updating possible from mobile devices.
